Yoshi Omori: Qi gong

“Qi gong is a practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness for exercise, healing, and meditation. Qi gong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance qi (chi) or what has been translated as “intrinsic life energy”. It is generally accepted that Qi gong exercises have three components: a posture (whether moving or stationary), breathing techniques, and mental focus on guiding qi through the body. The prerequisite is a calm, relaxed state of mind.”

Yoshi Omorin Qi gong -tunneilla harjoitetaan Qi gongin muotoa, jota kutsutaan ”silkin kehräämiseksi” (silk reeling).

Opetuskieli on englanti.

Yoshi Omori on harjoittanut Qi gongia 15 vuoden ajan.
