Ehkä-tuotanto hakee ehdotuksia nykytaidetila Kutomon vuoden 2022 ohjelmistoon. Ehdotus voi olla esimerkiksi yhteistuotantona tuotettava kantaesitys, vierailuesitys, projekti, työpaja, keskustelu, tapahtuma tai 1–3 viikon työskentelyresidenssi. Hakemuksia otetaan vastaan ensisijaisesti tanssi- ja esitystaiteen ammattilaisilta, ja hakijana voi olla yksittäinen taiteilija tai työryhmä.
Vallitsevan pandemiatilanteen ja siitä johtuvien ohjelmistomuutosten vuoksi voimme valita avoimen haun kautta vuoden 2022 ohjelmistoon vähemmän tuotantoja kuin viime vuosina. Kehotamme harkitsemaan soveltuuko ehdotuksesi Kutomon tiloihin. Voit tutustua aikaisempien vuosien ohjelmistoon nettisivuillamme.
Ehkä-tuotannon ja Kutomon ohjelmisto rakentuu eri reittejä: avoimen haun, kutsumenettelyn ja eri toimijoiden välisen yhteistyön kautta. Avoimen haun kautta valitun ehdotuksen toteutuksesta neuvotellaan Ehkä-tuotannon ja tekijän välillä. Kaikki Kutomolla toteutuva toiminta perustuu yhteistyöhön, jossa tekijöiltä edellytetään omarahoitusosuutta sekä omaa panosta työn kokonaistoteutuksessa. Taiteilijavetoisen Ehkä-tuotannon resurssit ovat rajalliset ja harkinnanvaraiset, ja Ehkän tarjoama tuki määräytyy aina kulloinkin käytettävissä olevien taloudellisten ja muiden resurssien mukaisesti.
Viime vuosina Ehkä-tuotannon yhteistuottamiin kantaesityksiin on suunnattu tuotantoraha (1–2 viikon palkka/työryhmän jäsen), esityskorvauksia, mahdollinen residenssijakso Kutomolla sekä tuotantokoordinaattorin ja muun henkilöstön työpanosta. Vierailuesityksistä on maksettu esityskorvaukset ja kohtuulliset matkakulut, ja tarvittaessa mahdollistettu muutaman päivän työskentely Kutomolla. Työskentelyresidenssi sisältää taiteilijalle tai ryhmälle ilmaisen työtilan ja majoituksen.

Hakemus lähetetään sähköpostin liitetiedostona (työsuunnitelma ja CV) 29.4.2021 mennessä osoitteeseen ehkatuotanto(at)gmail.com. Emme huomioi sähköpostikenttään kirjattuja tietoja.
Kirjoitathan hakemukseen selkeästi minkälaisesta yhteistyöstä olet kiinnostunut. Mainitse työsuunnitelmasi alussa erikseen hakemasi yhteistyömuoto tai -muodot (esim. kantaesitystuotanto, kantaesitystuotanto ja residenssi, vierailuesitys, residenssi, työpaja jne.) ja mahdolliset ajankohdat.
Toimitathan hakemuksen mahdollisimman tiiviinä. Voit liittää kaksi tiedostoa: työsuunnitelman (max. 3 sivua, sis. kustannusarvio) sekä työryhmän CV:t (yksi liitetiedosto). Nimeä liitteet selkeästi (hakijan nimi_työsunnitelma, hakijan nimi_cv).
Valinnoista päättää Ehkä-tuotannon taiteellinen työryhmä. Päätöksistä ilmoitetaan kaikille hakijoille sähköpostitse 9.8.2021 mennessä.
Open call for Kutomo’s 2022 program!
Ehkä-production is looking for proposals for contemporary art space Kutomo’s 2022 program. We welcome submissions for guest performances, projects, workshops, discussions, events, co-produced premieres or one to three week residencies. We primarily accept proposals from professional dance and performance practitioners. You can apply as an individual and / or as a working group.
Due to the prevailing pandemic and program changes caused by it, we are able to choose less open call proposals for the 2022 program. Please consider, whether your proposal is suitable for the Kutomo space. You can familiarize yourself with our previous programs on our website.
The program of Ehkä-production and Kutomo comes together through different routes: open calls, invitation procedures and collaborative work with various operators. The practicalities and realisation of the proposals chosen for the program through the open call will be negotiated between Ehkä-production and the artists. Everything in Kutomo’s program is based on collaboration where the artists working at Kutomo are required to have their own funding and/or additional support for the work. The resources which artist-run Ehkä can provide are limited and discretionary, and dependant on funding and resources available at the time.
In the previous years we have been able to offer co-productions a production fee (approximately one to two weeks wage/per person) and a possible residency, for guest performances we pay performance fees and moderate travel costs and provide a working space for some days prior the performance if needed, for a residency we provide working and living space at Kutomo.

Please state clearly in the beginning of your proposal what kind of collaboration with Ehkä-production supports your work the best (for example co-produced premiere, co-produced premiere with a residency, guest performance, residency, or workshop) and possible dates for the project.
Please make your proposal as compact as possible. You can add two attachments: work plan (max. 3 pages, incl. financial estimate) and CVs of the working group (in one attachment). Name the attachments clearly (applicants name_work plan, applicants name_CV).
You will hear back from us by email by 9 August. The applications will be considered by the artistic planning group of Ehkä-production.
