Ehkä-tuotanto hakee ehdotuksia vuoden 2027 ohjelmistoon. Ehdotus voi olla esimerkiksi osatuotantona toteutettu kantaesitys, vierailuesitys, projekti, työpaja, keskustelu, tapahtuma, luento tai 2 viikon työskentelyresidenssi Nykytaidetila Kutomolla. Hakemuksia otetaan vastaan ensisijaisesti Suomessa asuvilta tanssi- ja esitystaiteen ammattilaisilta, jotka eivät ole täysipäiväisissä opinnoissa, ja hakijana voi olla yksittäinen taiteilija tai työryhmä. Ohjelmistohaussa on oma nuoren tekijän kategoria tanssitaiteilijoille, jotka ovat valmistuneet korkeintaan kaksi vuotta sitten.
Viime vuoden hakukierrokselta ohjelmistoon päätyi 14 projektia: 1 uusi kantaesitystuotanto, 1 nuoren tekijän osatuotanto, 1 vierailuesitys, 11 residenssiä ja 1 työpaja. Kokonaisuutena Ehkä-tuotannon ohjelmisto rakentuu eri reittejä: avoimen haun, kutsumenettelyn ja eri toimijoiden välisen yhteistyön kautta. Ehkän käytössä olevat resurssit ovat rajalliset ja harkinnanvaraiset. Ehkä-tuotannon eri produktioihin suuntaama tuki määräytyy aina kulloinkin käytettävissä olevien taloudellisten edellytysten mukaisesti, jotka voivat vaihdella vuosittain. Toiminta perustuu yhteistyöhön, jossa tekijöiltä edellytetään omarahoitusosuutta ja omaa panosta työn kokonaistoteutuksessa.
Ehkä-tuotannon kuratoima ja ylläpitämä Nykytaidetila Kutomo sijaitsee vanhassa Lainnon kutomorakennuksessa Turun Linnanfältin alueella ja koostuu kahdesta studiosta – Studio 1 ja Studio 2. Valitettavasti toimitilamme ei ole esteetön. Perehdythän tilojen soveltuvuuteen projektiisi liittyen ennen ehdotuksesi muotoilemista.

Open call for Ehkä-production’s 2027 program
Ehkä-production is seeking proposals for its 2027 program. We invite submissions for co-produced premieres, guest performances, projects, workshops, discussions, lectures, events, or two-week working residencies at Contemporary Art Space Kutomo. Applications are primarily accepted from dance and performing arts professionals residing in Finland who are not in full-time studies. The applicant can be an individual artist or a working group. There is a separate category for young makers, aimed at dance artists who have graduated within the past two years.
Fourteen projects were selected for the program from last year’s open call proposals: 1 new premiere production, 1 young maker’s co-production, 1 guest performance, 11 residencies, and 1 workshop. Ehkä-production’s program is built through different routes: open calls, invitations, and collaborations between various actors. The resources available to Ehkä are limited and discretionary. The support directed towards different productions is always determined by the financial conditions available at the time, which may vary each year. The operation is based on collaboration, where the artists are expected to contribute their own funding and input to the overall realization of the work.
Ehkä-production’s curated and managed Contemporary Art Space Kutomo is located in the old Lainto weaving building in the Turku Linnanfält area and consists of two studios – Studio 1 and Studio 2. Unfortunately, the premises are not accessible. Please ensure the space is suitable for your project before submitting your proposal.
