Lämmin kesä on täällä, ja Ehkä-tuotanto siirtyy lomailemaan heinäkuun ajaksi. Kulunut kevätkausi oli täynnä odotusta, suunnitelmien muutoksia ja varautumista. Residenssitoiminta pyöri Kutomolla normaalisti, mutta monipuolinen ohjelmisto siirrettiin lähes kokonaisuudessaan tapahtumaan myöhemmin kuluvana vuonna tai seuraavana. Onneksi teoksia toteutui Kutomon ulkopuolella toukokuussa, ja juuri juhannuksen kynnyksellä päästiin nauttimaan Kutomon vuoden ensimmäisestä esitysillasta jännittynein ja huojentunein sydämin.
Ehkä-tuotannon ja Kutomon syyskausi käynnistetään Turun Taideiden yönä torstaina 12.8. avoimien ovien merkeissä. Tätä ennen residenssikauden korkkaa työryhmä Deep Time Trancestors heti elokuun alussa. Kauden ensimmäinen kantaesitys nähdään kuun lopussa 22.–29.8., kun Anna-Sofia Sysserin ja työryhmän Paradisaea näkee päivänvalon Kutomolla. Syyskauden ohjelmisto julkaistaan nettisivuille kokonaisuudessaan elokuun aikana.

Tender summer!
The summer warmth is here, and it is time for Ehkä-production’s holiday. The past spring season was full of waiting and change of plans. Residencies at Kutomo happened normally, but the comprehensive spring program had to be postponed almost entirely. Luckily some performances could happen outside of Kutomo in May, and just before midsummer the first Kutomo performance evening of the year became possible.
Ehkä-production and Kutomo’s autumn season will begin in the middle of August at the Night of the Arts in Turku on Thursday 12.8. with open doors. Before this the first residency will be occupied by group Deep Time Trancestors in the beginning of August. The first premiere of the season will happen at the end of the month as Paradisaea by Anna-Sofia Sysser and working group is seen at Kutomo on 22.–29.8. The whole autumn program will be published on our website in August.
