Istutaan alas ja puhutaan taiteesta ja äitiydestä. Kaikki ajatukset aiheesta ovat tervetulleita. Keskustelua käydään Long Table -formaatilla, joka on avoin, julkinen ja kokeileva formaatti keskustelun käymiseksi tietystä puheenaiheesta. Formaatin on kehittänyt esitystaiteilija Lois Weaver.
Tanssitaiteilija ja tanssintutkija Jana Unmüssigin fasilitoimaan Art and Motherhood -keskusteluun on tervetullut osallistumaan kuka tahansa aiheesta kiinnostunut ja kaikki pöydän ääressä istuvat saavat puhua vapaasti. Long Tablen pääsisältö on suullinen ajatustenvaihto, tarjolla ei ole ruokaa. Puhua voi vain pöydän ääressä ja pöydässä voi istua myös vain kuuntelemassa. Ehdotettu aihe vaihtuu keskustelun edetessä.

Let’s sit down and talk about art and motherhood. Any thoughts are welcome on the subject that will be pondered on through the Long Table format, an open public experimental format to have discussion on a proposed topic. The format is developed by the performance artist Lois Weaver.
The Long Table discussion Art and Motherhood facilitated by dance artist and researcher Jana Unmüssig is open to everyone interested in the topic, and anyone sitting at the table can freely speak. The main course of the Long Table is verbal exchange, there is no food served. If you want to speak you have to come to the table. You can also only sit at the table and listen. The proposed subject will change over the course of the Long Table.
