Itävaltalaissyntyisen kuvataiteilija-muusikko-ohjelmoija David Muthin XS-näyttely Raising the Odds koostuu videoteoksista, valokuvista ja tekstistä. Lontoossa, Wienissä ja Turussa vaikuttavan Muthin teoksissa konseptuaalinen ja kokeellinen yhdistyy hänen arkkitehtuuritaustaansa.

Avajaisissa esiintyvät lisäksi saksalainen tanssitaiteilija Joa Hug performanssillaan In & Out sekä turkulaistunut ruotsalainen muusikko Tsembla.

XS Vol.5: David Muth: Raising the Odds
The XS-exhibition Raising the Odds by Austrian artist, musician and programmer David Muth consists of video, photography and text. Muth’s artistic practice combines conceptual and experimental approaches and is informed by his back-ground in architecture. He currently lives and works in London, Vienna and Turku.
Opening at Kutomo on Wednesday 27 November 2013 at 6-8 pm
As part of the opening event: In & Out, a performance by German dance artist Joa Hug and music by Turku based Swedish musician Tsembla.

The exhibition is open for public during the XS Vol.5 Festival’s performances and events.
