Ehkä-tuotannon vuosittainen XS – Uuden tanssin ja esitystaiteen festivaali ihastuttaa jälleen marras-joulukuun taitteessa! Jo viidettätoista kertaa järjestettävän tapahtuman ohjelma koostuu uuden tanssin ja esitystaiteen vierailu- ja kantaesityksistä, näyttelystä sekä juhlista. Monitaiteinen tapahtuma toteutetaan yhteistyössä Arte ry:n ja kuvataiteilija Hertta Kiiskin kanssa, jotka rikastuttavat festivaalia omien sisältöjensä kanssa.
Torstaista sunnuntaihin 30.11.–10.12.2023 toteutuvan festivaalin tapahtumapaikkoja ovat Nykytaidetila Kutomon lisäksi Hertta Kiiskin studio ja Titanik-galleria. Festivaalin esityksiä Nykytaidetila Kutomolla on tukenut Läntinen tanssin aluekeskus.

Festivaalilla noudatetaan Ehkä-tuotannon turvallisemman tilan ohjeistusta. Valitettavasti Nykytaidetila Kutomon ja Hertta Kiiskin studion tilat Lainnon kutomorakennuksessa eivät ole esteettömät. Rakennuksessa on portaita, eikä siellä ole esteetöntä wc-tilaa.
XS – Festival for New Dance and Performance
Ehkä-production’s annual XS – Festival for New Dance and Performance delights again at the turn of November and December! The festival’s fifteenth edition program consists of guest performances and premieres of new dance and performance, an exhibition, and a party. The multi-artistic event is realized in cooperation with Arte Association and visual artist Hertta Kiiski, who enrich the festival with their own content.
The festival takes place from Thursday to Sunday 30.11.–10.12.2023, and in addition to Contemporary Art Space Kutomo, the event venues are Hertta Kiiski’s studio and Titanik Gallery. The performances at Contemporary Art Space Kutomo have been supported by the Regional Dance Centre of Western Finland.

“Pay what you can” tickets are available for each performance taking place at Contemporary Art Space Kutomo. These tickets can be purchased at Contemporary Art Space Kutomo’s ticket desk 30 minutes prior to the performance.

The festival follows Ehkä-production’s safer space guidelines. Unfortunately, the spaces at Contemporary Art Space Kutomo and Hertta Kiiski’s studio at the Lainto weaving building are not fully accessible; there are stairs and there are no accessible toilets at the venue.
